    Bed made

    Modified in cluttered garage:
    Jumping Pullups – couldn’t get all the way up
    Single unders with imaginary jump rope
    4rds+ 3 jumping Pull ups, 5 KB
    4 rds + 3 JUmping pullups, 9 KB, 12 single unders
    5 rds + 2 JUmping Pullups

  2. Normal spiritual awakening before I woke up the boys.

    As Saturday’s are a great opportunity for “Active” rest (especially this one at Caprock Canyons with the Troops of Saint George), I knocked out the boy’s Chipper with them after our morning prayers together. 600m Run at beginning and end (1200 total) with 30 of each HR Pushups, Sit-ups, Jumping Jacks, Mountain Climbers, Burpees, Air Squats and Dumbbell Curls in 18:52.

    Bed made.

    Here we go Lord!
