    Assault Bike
    Dead Lift (185#)
    Wall Balls (20# to 10′)
    * 15 Minute Time Cap, any unfinished reps will be added to Time Cap at :02 per rep.

    Result: Got time capped… I finished 8 of the 15 wall balls on second to last round of 15. The pain wave drowned me today!

  2. Spiritual awakening through daily Church readings, Office and Saint Benedict for Fathers.
    WOD done (that was a lot of Burpees…..I sure do “love” them). Did take me 17:20 to complete all 112 Burpees and 112 KB Swings.
    Here we go!

  3. Laudate daily r&r, WOD completed but took at least 5 additional minutes due to really gasping through last few rounds.
