Novice:

AMRAP in 12 min:

24 Jumping Jacks

12 Push Ups

6 Burpees

Advanced:

AMRAP in 15 min:

15 Jumping Squats

10 Burpees

200m Run

    20 min AMRAP: Run 200m, 5 strict pull-ups, 7 thrusters (95#), 9 American KBS (53#). 5 Rounds + 200m Run.

  2. Spiritual awakening through daily Church readings, Office, My Daily Bread, Rosary and CttC Requirements.
    5 full rounds + 15 Jumping Squats + 5 Burpees in 15 minute AMRAP
    Bed made.

  3. WOD done. 4 rounds + 200m
    (I did the run first, wasn’t paying attention)
    Prayers done early. Bed made.
