    1 Minute KB Swings
    1 Minute Goblet Squats
    1 Minute DB Push Press
    1 Minute Burpees
    1 Minute Rest

    Count reps for each movement and score each round separately.  
    Round 1: 79 reps
    Round 2: 84 reps
    Round 3: 81 reps

    Laudate daily r&r, RC reflection, will say family rosary before mass tonight
