  5. Day 5 of my Exodus 90 Journey with my fellows at St. Gall in Elburn. 16 HR push-ups, 16 Air Squats, and 16 sit-ups completed followed by scripture reflections from the book of exodus. Working my way back up the hill and praying all the way.
