    5 full rounds of Novice AMRAP in 10min = 70 lunges and 35 burpees (burpees killed me)
    Bed made.

  3. Scripture, reflections, CttC Disciplines.
    5 Rounds: Run 400 meters, 10 Push Press (95#), 10 DBall Ground to Shoulder (80#). 21:49. Tried to go faster but lungs were frozen and shoulders were on fire!
