    MDB (today’s was perfect timing)
    Modified WOD so that Austin and I could both perform the same task. Only have one ball and one sand bag so he did medicine ball getups and we did DB thrusters rather that wall balls.

    2 minutes of planks, 56 squats, 64 push – ups in 8:00
