Go for a 5 minute walk to get started. Like to lift weights? Do some light lifting. But, whatever you decide to do, please post your workout in the comments section below to encourage other men!


As many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 10 min:

10 Squats

10 Sit ups

10 Push ups


AMRAP in 15 min:

12 Jumping Squats

12 Wallball sit ups

12 DB Snatches
