If you haven’t worked out before, or it’s been awhile, feel free to modify the novice workouts as needed. You’re also free to make up your own workout. Enjoy walking? Go for a 5 minute walk to get started. Like to lift weights? Do some light lifting. But, whatever you decide to do, please post your workout in the comments section below to encourage other men!

AMRAP in 15 min:
12 Jumping Squats
12 Wallball sit ups
12 DB Snatches
