  1. A: WARM-UP
    + General: spike your heart rate.

    B: Metcon (10 Rounds for distance)
    10 RDS
    Min 1: AMRAP Meter Row
    Min 2-4: Rest
    * Clock will be set to EMOM.

    * Dampers set to one (1).

    * Set rowing monitors to one (1) minute intervals to get accurate reading of meters, but workout will be run by big clock.

    * Record each round of meters separately.

    Meters by Round: 295, 301, 290, 275, 264, 269, 272, 271, 273, 274. Total: 2,784 meters

    My soul departed mid way through round 4 and I just tried to hang on from that point on.
