  1. Bed made. Daily readings and commentary. Anima Christi, Rosary (sorrowful mysteries), morning prayers, 1/2 mile fast walk, AMRAP 8 HR push-ups 8 squats: 9 rounds, then 1 mile run.

  2. Woke up spiritually through Daily Church readings, Office and Father Longenecker’s Saint Benedict for Fathers book (and morning prayers with boys).

    WOD done in 20:01 with 25 lb. Dumbbells.

    Push Press from the Backrack with a Snatch Grip Width.
    Load: 75#, 95#, 115#, 125#, 135#, 155#
