  1. Spiritual awakening through daily Church readings, Office, My Daily Bread and Sorrowful Mysteries.
    Did not leave enough time before 6:30 a.m. Mass in Irving, so knocked out 70 HR pushups, Air Squats and Sit-ups in 6:48.
    Bed made.

    20 min AMRAP: 200m run, 3 strict pull-ups, 6 push-ups, 9 air squats. 9 rounds.

    Sorry for not posting much this week… did 3 hotel style workouts.
