    (5) 2-minute rounds of:
    – 10 burpees
    – 200m run
    – max burpees in remaining time.
    Rest 3:00 between rounds.
    Score is number of burpees after each run.

    13, 12, 11, 8, 10. Total burps after runs: 54.

  3. Really great prayer time with Austin. MDB right between the eyes, on disregarding “feelings”

    Read scripture
    Did morning prayer
    Worked out and my time was 21:00 m

  5. Bed Made
    WOD in 15:40 – Used 20# DB for Push Presses and also for DB Thrusters (instead of Wall Balls)
    my 1st 5 Burpees included a push-up, then I wasn’t sure… switched to Jump-back burpees
    Morning Prayer and Daily Mass Readings / Reflections with Magnificat
    St. Bartholomew – PRAY FOR US!
