  4. First time trying to do a WOD after my Exodus… read morning prayer and daily mass readings this morning. Spent time with kids and wife, but no idea where I can do wall balls in my home.

    • Great job! For wall balls at home… see if you can find a wall that allows you to throw the ball up 9 or 10 feet. You may need to go outside and use the side of a building/structure.

  5. Only mustered 3 rounds after doing Monday wod 1st & then this one. 35# kb, tossed 30# db over head instead of wall ball.
    Imitation, Laudate daily readings & reflections, RC meditation.

      I’m struggling with satan and excuses getting started.
      I found a 12# ball and tossed that for my WB’s and a 30# KB for swings.
      5 Full Rounds + 15KB + 20WB.
