    6 full rounds + 12 Goblet Squats + 5 Weighted Sit-ups in 15 minute AMRAP (30# KB for squats and sit-ups/40# bag for SB cleans and throws)

    (Lifted sandbag above head instead of throw to not wake anyone , shortens time as well btw reps)
