    * For reps to count squats must be full depth (below parallel), and barbell during press must be fully locked out above head over your center of mass in the frontal plane.
    * Barbell must be racked on shoulders in good front rack position during thruster.
    Loads: 75, 95, 115, 125, 145

    C: 0:90 Barbell Thrusters (AMRAP – Reps)
    AMRAP of barbell thrusters in ninety (:90) seconds.
    * Rx is 45# bar for men, and 35# for women.
    Result: 52 reps Rx
