    B: Clean Deadlift + Hang Power Clean (3-3-3-3-3)
    Clean Deadlift (clean set-up) stood up to full extension, then a Hang Power Clean (high, mid-thigh, or low above knee).
    * Set up for a clean deadlift with bar over first shoe lace, shins greet the bar, knees over & in front of bar, hips set higher than knees, and shoulders set higher than hips. This should be a quad/anterior dominant pull from the ground vs posterior dominant like that of a conventional deadlift. Hips and shoulders should rise at the same rate until bar is above knee.
