4 Rounds for Time:

  • Run 200 meters Carrying Medicine Ball (Wall Ball) on Shoulder.  If you don’t have a medicine ball use a dumbbell and hold it on your shoulder.  Suggest switching shoulders each round.
  • 10 Sandbag Push Presses.

    WOD done in 8:09.

  2. Scripture & Reflections. Then did a home WOD today… 4 RFT: Run 400m & 15 Box Jumps (24″). Time: 13:29. Then finished with a Tabata of Push Up Planks.
