    Tuesday night at the gym:
lat pull down and lat rows
    incline bench
    head bangers
    sit ups

    Wed morning:
    HRPUs
    stretching

Quote from St Jose Maria Escriva ‘The Way’
“Fight against the softness that makes you lazy and careless in your spiritual life.”

  7. Thursday:

Spiritual: Exodus meditation, read some of St. Mark’s Gospel, and attended daily Mass

    Workout:

    AMRAP in 12 minutes:
    – 15 KB Swings (35 lb)
    – 5 Pull-ups (did first 6 unassisted and then used bands for the rest)

    I got 8 rounds in.

  8. Thursday –

first time I’ve done something for time in a few weeks. It is really a different kind of workout.

  9. Friday:

Spiritual: Exodus meditation, read some of Mark, daily Mass

    Workout: 5,000 meter row

The rowing time was 23:52 but I had to take a few rest breaks breaks so total time was likely closer to 29 minutes. This was a very hard workout… but I fought through it and finished!

  10. Saturday:

Spiritual: Exodus meditation and small group meeting

Workout: Legs were super sore from the week so skipped normal workout and did 5 sets of 20 push-ups.

  11. Sat at the gym
    Decline bench
    DB squats
    lats pull down
    jumping lunges
jump rope – only single unders. I need some practice before I start to really try double unders.
