Exodus 90 Workouts

Many men began their Exodus journey this past Monday…by many I mean over 13,000!!  The Holy Spirit is certainly at work and I have no doubt that your Exodus journey’s will permanently leave a mark as it did for me and my Exodus brothers.

One of the Exodus disciplines is exercising 5 days per week.  This is done in order to begin to conform our bodies to Christ through physical discipline.  I wanted to share a workout program that was created to go along with this 90 day journey, so that each of you has something to reference.  They are all body weight exercises that can be done in your room or bathroom for that matter (before your cold shower!).  It starts slow but is intended to create a solid base of movement patterns and leaves no excuse for failing to create the habit of exercise.
